CHICKEN SUPREME 
1 fat hen, cooked & boned
1/2 c. fried-out chicken fat
1 c. flour
1 qt. broth
6 eggs

Line large Pyrex pan with favorite dressing. Add lots of chicken. Add custard. Sprinkle with buttered crumbs. Bake about 1 hour.

CUSTARD:

1/2 c. fried-out chicken fat
1 c. flour
1 qt. broth

Thicken and pour over 6 beaten eggs. Pour over chicken and bake.
