ORANGE RITZ DESSERT 
60 Ritz crackers crushed
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar

Combine and mix well above ingredients for crust and topping. Press into a 13 x 9 inch pan, reserving some for sprinkling on top.

ORANGE DESSERT:

1 can evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) Cool whip
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
2 cans mandarin oranges drained

Pour can of milk in a deep bowl, place in freezer until crystals form, beat until thick and foamy. Move to a large bowl, add Cool whip and frozen orange juice, beat well. Fold in 2 cans mandarin oranges, can add food coloring to make the color more orange. Keep refrigerated or frozen.
