4 c. flour
4 c. Bisquick
4 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
3 lbs. store bought ricotta
1/2 c. lukewarm water
Pinch of salt

Mix dry ingredients together, then add the remaining ingredients. Work dough well until fairly smooth. Roll pieces of dough into ropes. Feed ropes into cavatelli machine.
