ALMOND ROCCA 
1 cube butter
1 cube butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped almonds
1 giant Hershey bar

Put first 3 ingredients in saucepan and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture starts to turn amber color. Add 1/2 of nuts. Continue cooking until hard crack stage. Pour onto cookie sheet. Cover with Hershey bar that has been broken into little pieces. Spread. Sprinkle with rest of nuts and chill.
