ZIP-LOCK BAG SALAD 
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. whole kernel corn, drained
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped ham or turkey ham
1 c. (3) hard-boiled eggs
Cornbread

Put the above ingredients except cornbread in zip-lock bag and toss well. Then add 2 1/2 cups cornbread, crumbled coarsely. Toss well. Serve on lettuce.
