BRUSCHETTA 
1 loaf Italian bread, unsliced
Olive oil
Garlic clove
Fresh tomatoes, diced and chopped

Slice bread into thick slices (approximately 2 inches thick). Rub surface of each slice with olive oil (a pastry brush works great!) and rub with garlic clove. Place bread on grill and toast each side until light brown. Top each slice with tomatoes before serving.
