MRS. WILKERSON'S VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 lb. boneless stew and beef ribs or soup bone
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables or canned vegetables
1 can tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
3 potatoes, diced
1 lg. onion, diced

May also add small amount of okra, corn, peas or beans. Boil meat and bones in small amount of water until tender. Add vegetables and simmer for several hours.
