TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. mayo
1 head lettuce
2 tomatoes
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 can ripe olives
1 regular size bag corn corn chips
1/4 c. taco sauce

Brown meat, drain fat, add catsup, chili powder, oregano, salt and pepper; simmer a few minutes. In a large bowl tear 1 head lettuce and cut up 2 tomatoes, 1 cup grated cheese and 1 can olives. Add meat mixture, toss with dressing.
