BROWNIES 
1 c. water
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. cinnamon

Mix first three ingredients together and bring to boil. Pour into mixing bowl.

Blend next three ingredients. Mix and add last 5 ingredients.

Grease jelly roll pan (15 x 10).

Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes exactly.

Frosting: Bring 1/4 c cocoa and 1 stick butter to a boil in a sauce pan. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 lb. powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/3 c. milk. Mix until smooth. Spread on cooled brownies.
