SWISS STEAK 
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt & 1/4 tsp. pepper, combined
2 - 2 1/2 lb. round steak
2 onions, sliced
1/4 c. Wesson oil
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes

Pound seasoned flour into both sides of round steak. In skillet cook onions in oil until tender. Remove onions. Add meat. Brown well, drain excess fat. Top with onions and tomatoes. Cover and simmer 2 to 3 hours until meat is tender. Thicken sauce, if desired and season to taste.
