EASY SWISS STEAK 
Round steak
Flour
Onions
Light oil
1 can tomato juice

Pound steak to tenderize. Dip in flour. Fry in pan with oil on both sides. Add onions and brown.

Put everything in large oven safe pan, single layer with onions on top. Pour tomato juice to cover. Bake in slow oven until tender (1 1/2 to 2 hours) uncovered.
