SALMON CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. butter
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. cooked rice
1 lg. can salmon

Combine salmon, soup, cheese and rice. Saute onions and celery in butter; add to salmon mixture. Top with bread crumbs or onion rings. (Instead of salmon, you may use diced ham, tuna fish or link sausage.) Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
