HONEY GARLIC RIBS 
4 c. ketchup
2 c. honey
3/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
10 lb. ribs (beef and pork)
Onion salt to taste

Bake ribs dry for 1 to 1-1/2 hours at 350°F with lots of garlic powder to "degrease them". Drain fat. Then combine above ingredients to make sauce. Spread over ribs.

Bake at 350°F for 2-1/2 hours. Turn heat up to 400°F. Bake additional 1/2 to 1 hour.

Variation - EXTREMELY TENDER RIBS:

Double sauce recipe and bake at 200°F for 10-15 hours.
