1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp. lite soy sauce
1 tbsp. dry sherry

Combine ingredients and pour over pork. Cover. Marinate in refrigerator 4 to 24 hours.
