STANDING RIB ROAST 
Let roast stand at room temperature 1 hour and season with salt, pepper and garlic. Turn oven to 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Place meat on rack in pan and roast 1 hour - turn oven off - DO NOT OPEN - let stand 5 hours. DO NOT OPEN DOOR. When ready to reheat for serving, turn oven on and reheat 30 minutes.
