CHOKE BASS | |
3 lbs. of filet bass Salt & pepper to taste 1 pack of shallots 2 lbs. onions 1 lg. bell pepper 1/2 lb. butter 1 lg. can mushrooms 1. Cut onions, shallots, bell pepper. 2. Place in a baking pan or pot. 3. Place mushrooms and butter in pan or pot. 4. Bake until all is tender, 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. 5. Season fish when starting to prepare meal. 6. Place fish in pan or pot and choke on cover with cooked ingredients. 7. Let fish cook for about 1 hour and 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve over rice. |
