ENCHILADAS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 can refried beans
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can enchilada sauce
8 oz. cheddar cheese
Tortillas (flour)

1. Combine enchilada sauce, tomato paste and 1 3/4 cups hot water.

2. Brown hamburg, then add cheddar cheese soup (melt) then add refried beans.

3. Add 1/2 of enchilada sauce and 1/2 of cheese.

4. Spoon into tortillas, fold up and turn up side down.

5. Pour remaining meat on top and remaining enchilada sauce on top and sprinkle remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until bubbly.
