CRANBERRY MOLD WITH DRESSING 
1 lb. cranberries
1 3/4 c. water
2 pkgs. cherry Jello
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. red or purple grapes - cut in sm. pieces
1 c. chopped celery
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
16 marshmallows
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. chopped nuts

Cook cranberries with 1 3/4 cups water until they pop. Beat to break up cranberries. Add Jello and sugar and stir until dissolved. Place over ice water to cool. Stir now and then until thick. Fold in grapes, celery, nuts and undrained pineapple to Jello mixture.

DRESSING:

Mash cream cheese slightly, in bowl. Add marshmallows and whipped cream. Leave in refrigerator overnight. Whip before serving.
