MICROWAVE MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. extra lean ground beef
3/4 c. bread, cracker or Kellogg's corn flake crumbs
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. catsup
1 tbsp. mustard
2 beaten eggs
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Place in a microwave safe baking dish and shape the mixture into a ring, hollow in the center. Microwave on high power for 12 to 15 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
