1 leg lamb, boned, trimmed & cubed into 1 inch pieces

Salt to taste

Place meat cubes on skewer. Salt meat and place over gas grill or hot charcoal grill. Cook till desired doneness. Remove meat from skewer with pita bread. Serve with garlic sauce.
