QUICK PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (14 oz.) jar pizza sauce
3/4 c. biscuit mix
2 eggs

Cook ground beef until brown, stirring to crumble. Drain off pan drippings. Spoon beef into casserole dish. Top with pizza sauce, then cheese. Combine biscuit mix, milk and eggs. Beat until smooth. Pour over the casserole, covering evenly. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 6.
