QUICK PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. pkg. wide egg noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Combine in skillet the ground beef and onion. Season with Italian seasoning and brown. Drain and set aside. In a separate pan, cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain. Add to noodles the mushroom soup, Cheddar cheese soup and spaghetti sauce (optional: extra can mushrooms). Mix well. Add in the ground beef mix and mix well.

Pour into crock-pot. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Cook on low for an hour or will stay warm longer. Be sure Mozzarella cheese is melted.
