RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE | |
1 1/2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. grated orange rind 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. butter 2 eggs, beaten 3 c. cut rhubarb Blend sugar, flour, salt, grated orange rind and butter. Add eggs and beat until smooth. Pour over rhubarb in a 9 inch pastry -lined pie pan. Form lattice top with strips of pastry; or cut pastry in fancy shape. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. |
