4 bags Butter Twist pretzels
2 c. oil
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. Accent

Place pretzels on jelly roll type pan. Mix oil with the next 4 ingredients and pour on pretzels. Bake at 350 degree oven for 3 hours. Stir frequently. Cool and store in plastic bags.
