8 wieners
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. potatoes, precooked & diced
2 c. white sauce
1/2 c. cheese, grated
Bread or cracker crumbs

Add wieners to water. Cook 5 minutes. Cool and cut into pieces. Mix wieners, seasonings, onions and potatoes with white sauce. Pour into baking dish. Top with cheese and crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

WHITE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. shortening
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk

Mix together.
