BLONDIES 
1 stick butter
1 box light brown sugar
3 eggs
2 c. self rising flour
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut (optional)
2 c. chopped cuts

Cream butter and sugar together; add eggs and beat well. Then add flour and vanilla, mixing well. Stir in nuts and coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Pour in 9 x 12 inch greased pan.
