MANDEL BREAD 
2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
6 eggs
2 3/4 c. cake meal
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. potato starch
2 lg. bars chocolate (break into big chunks)
2 tbsp. (or more) cinnamon and sugar, mixed

In mixing bowl cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.

Sift together cake meal, salt and potato starch. Fold into cream mixture and add chocolate. Mix well. Form into 2 loaves, about 3 inches wide.

Grease cookie sheet. Wet hands to make loaves. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon and sugar mix. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Slice in 1/2 inch slices while warm.
