PEACH PIE 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. oil

Stir together the flour, sugar and salt. Take a pie pan and beat the oil and milk together right in the pan with a fork. Stir in the flour mixture real good. Press on the sides and bottom of pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes - until golden brown. Let cool.

FILLING:

1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water

Cook until clear on top of the stove in saucepan. Add 2 tablespoons orange flavor Jello. Cool off the Jello mixture in saucepan. Arrange 3 cups of peaches in pie shell and pour Jello mixture over top. Serve with Dream Whip topping.
