BARLEY CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. sliced mushrooms, if ya have `em
1 1/2 c. pearl barley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 c. beef bouillon

Melt butter in skillet. Add onions, mushrooms and barley. Cook on medium heat until lightly browned. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Stir in salt, pepper and bouillon. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
