FRIED JALAPENOS 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 (12 oz.) can whole jalapenos
2 tbsp. dried chives
1 tbsp. bacon bits
1 egg
Milk
Cracker crumbs

Mix cream cheese, bacon bits and chives. Cut peppers in half, take out seeds, rinse and drain on paper towel. Stuff pepper with cream cheese mixture and put together to form whole pods. Roll 3 times in egg with small amount of milk and bread crumbs to form a batter coating. Chill well and then deep fry fast until lightly brown. Serve immediately.
