Great recipe to have on hand when you have some leftover chicken or need a quick ground beef meal. I mix 2-3 tablespoons of the powder with 2 tbsp of water and 2 tbsp of canola oil. I add some to my meat, cheese and veggie mix while it is heating, then drizzle the rest over grated cheese on top once the enchiladas are wrapped. My family loves it!

This was so simple to assemble and store for when I need it. The sauce is good. I put a bit more water to mix than it says in the recipe. Great for wet burritos or to cook frozen tamales in.
