BBQ DUCK SANDWICHES 
4 or 5 duck breasts
1 clove garlic
1 med. size onion
1 bottle barbecue sauce
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
5 or 6 hot peppers (optional)

Boil the duck, garlic and onion together in a big pan of water until the duck is cooked. Rinse duck and get rid of stuff in pan. Shred or chop duck.

Spread meat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix together the barbecue sauce, onion, Worcestershire sauce and peppers and pour over shredded duck and stir in. Bake at 300 degrees until bubbly. Serve on hamburger buns.
