CHERRY PIE SQUARES 
2 stick butter, softened
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
3 c. flour
1 can cherry pie filling

Combine butter, sugar, and vanilla; mix. Beat in eggs one at a time. Fold in flour. Spread 3/4 batter in greased 10x15 inch pan. Spread cherry pie filling over batter. Spoon remaining batter over pie filling. Spread as evenly as possible. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until top is golden brown. Any flavor of pie filling can be used.
