MARIETTA'S RED ENCHILADA
CASSEROLE
 
1 bag nacho cheese Doritos
1 1/2 lbs. lean hamburger
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can red enchilada sauce
1 1/2 lbs. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown the hamburger and drain. Mix cream of mushroom soup and enchilada sauce in a saucepan and simmer to get out most lumps. In baking dish, cover bottom with sauce mixture. Lay a layer of Doritos, then hamburger, then cheese, and start over with sauce. Keep laying until you run out of ingredients. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until hot. Serve with refried beans and nachos and salsa.
