BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 slices bread
1 lb. bacon, sausage or ham
3/4 c. grated cheese
2 c. milk
8 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt

In 9x13 pan put the bread slices, then meat, cheese. Beat eggs, milk and salt together; pour over bread-meat mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
