MIRACLE CHEESE CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) or 3 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tall can evaporated milk
1 c. corn flake crumbs
1 c. lemon flavored wafer crumbs
3/4 stick butter, melted

Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water, chill until slightly thick. Cream together the cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add lemon juice and gelatin. Then blend well.

Fold in stiffly whipped milk, which has been chilled in freezer until ice crystals start to form. Mix the crumbs and melted butter. Pack 3/4 of this mixture on bottom of a 9"x13"x2" pan or 2 smaller pans. Add the filling and sprinkle with the remaining crumbs. Chill several hours or overnight.
