TOMATOES-FISH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. fresh white fish (flounder)
20 saltine crackers, crumbled
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole. Place fish in casserole. Mix saltines, garlic powder, salt and butter together and place on top of fish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover and pour tomato sauce over the fish. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
