CUCUMBER SALAD 
4 med. cucumbers, peeled
1 lg. onion
Salt and pepper
Vinegar
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar

Peel cucumbers, sliced thin. Combine mayonnaise, sugar and seasonings. Use just enough vinegar to make the dressing pourable, but still thick, 2 or 3 tablespoons is about right. Mix with the cucumbers and onions. Let stand in refrigerator overnight or longer.
