TUNA FISH AND CUCUMBER SALAD 
1 1/2 c. tuna fish, flaked (12 oz. can)
1 c. cucumber, sliced or diced
1/2 c. celery, thinly sliced
2 tsp. grated onion
3 tbsp. French dressing
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Lemon juice to taste

Combine tuna fish, cucumber, celery, and onion. Moisten with French dressing and chill. Moisten with mayonnaise and lemon juice. Serve on lettuce with sliced stuffed olives and sliced hard cooked eggs. Serves 4 to 6.
