SOFT MOLASSES COOKIES 
4 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger

Beat together 2 eggs and 2 sticks butter. 1 c. molasses

Add dry ingredients and 1/3 cup milk and mix. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Roll out on well floured, board. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 5 minutes on next to highest oven rack. Sprinkle with sugar
