1 pkg. white cake mix (dry) 1 box pistachio instant pudding 3/4 c. oil 10 oz. 7-Up pop 3 eggs Combine above and beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool it. TOPPING: 1 box pistachio instant pudding 1 1/4 c. cold milk Beat until thick, then fold in an 8 ounce carton of Cool Whip. Spread on cooled cake and refrigerate. |
