DESSERT TORTILLIAS WITH CARAMEL
SAUCE
 
6 (6") tortillas, quartered
Oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
28 Kraft caramels
1/4 c. pure orange juice

Fry tortillas in 3/4 inch of hot oil until crisp. Turn once; drain. Toss with combination of sugar and cinnamon.

Melt caramels with orange juice over low heat, stirring until smooth. Serve with tortillas. Makes 2 dozen.
