HOMEMADE MAYONNAISE 
1 sm. egg
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
4 tsp. vinegar
Dash of Tabasco, pepper or paprika
1 pt. oil (chilled in refrigerator)

Beat the egg with the salt, sugar, mustard and vinegar, and add the oil slowly, drop by drop until half has been used. Add the paprika or the pepper and add the rest of the oil.
