VINAIGRETTE DRESSING 
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
2 tbsp. olive oil
8 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 raw egg
1/2 tsp. finely chopped garlic

Put all ingredients into screw top jar, 1 pint size. Close tightly. Shake very well. Store jar in the refrigerator. Makes 1 cup.
