VINAIGRETTE SALAD DRESSING 
5 tbsp. prepared Dijon mustard
1 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
5 tsp. granulated sugar
2 1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
2 1/2 c. olive oil
minced parsley or chives to taste

Measure mustard into a bowl. Whisk in vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and herbs to taste. Dribble in olive oil until mixture thickens. Dribble, dribble, whisk, whisk.

Can store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
