HOT CRAB CANAPES 
1/2 lb. fresh crabmeat
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 hard cooked eggs, finely chopped
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. minced parsley
20 slices sandwich bread

Combine first nine ingredients, stir well and set aside. Trim crust from bread, cut each slice in four squares. Spread each square with crabmeat mixture and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
