SPINACH & ORZO PASTA 
1 box orzo pasta
3 c. spinach
1 pkg. cherry tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 lemon
2 tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper
parmesan cheese

Cook orzo pasta. In large bowl add chopped garlic, spinach; chopped, and cherry tomatoes cut in half.

Drain pasta and put on top of spinach mixture in bowl. Let hot pasta cover spinach mixture and sit for 5 minutes to wilt spinach. Drizzle olive oil over pasta, about 2 tablespoons, squeeze 1 lemon over pasta and add salt and pepper. Toss together and top with parmesan cheese.
