CRISPY SCALLOPED CORN 
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. diced onion
2 c. cubed bread
17 oz. can cream style corn
1 c. crisp rice cereal, slightly crushed
3 tbsp. butter

Combine eggs with milk. Add remaining ingredients except cereal and butter. Put into a 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine cereal and butter; sprinkle over top. Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) for about 50 minutes.
