FOUR LAYER DESSERT 
Melt 1 cube butter in saucepan. Remove from heat.

Add:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Press out in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 15 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool crust. Mix together softened 8 ounce cream cheese and 1/2 container whipped topping with 1/2 to 1 cup sifted powdered sugar. Spread on to crust. Mix a large package of vanilla instant pudding according to directions and spread into pan. Also mix a large package of instant chocolate pudding( or whatever flavor you like). Spread into pan. Spread whipped topping on top and sprinkle with nuts. Keep refrigerated.
