COTTAGE CHEESE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. flour

FILLING:

1 lb. cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar

Combine crust ingredients and press in 8 x 8 inch pan. Combine filling ingredients and pour over crust. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool.

Top with pineapple or cherries, if desired.
